2KBW members support undergraduates in Lady Margaret Moot
Russell Pyne, Simon Foster, Steve Molloy and Matilda Robinson-Murphy attended the University of Cambridge on Saturday 1st March 2025 to adjudicate first, second and third-year law undergraduates in the annual Lady Margaret Moot.
The students from St John’s College and Christ’s College were tasked with addressing the ‘supreme court’ panel on the complex issue of diminished responsibility, with reference to a wide breadth of case law. Ultimately the appeal was dismissed, but with the Appellants winning best overall mooting team.
