Suki Dhadda led by Catherine Pattison of 5KBW prosecute a defendant convicted of the murder of his best friend
Suki Dhadda led by Catherine Pattison of 5KBW (instructed by the CPS Homicide unit) prosecuted Mykola Yakymets, aged 35, who was convicted of murder. The case involved the fatal stabbing of Petro Bebko, Mr Yakymets’ best friend, who was stabbed to the neck by Mr Yakymets’ in a drink fuelled rage. He was sentenced to life imprisonment with a minimum term of 17 years
