Steven Perian KC to speak at SIArb Regional Webinar on Third-Party Funding in Arbitration
Steven Perian KC will speak at the Singapore Institute of Arbitrators Regional Webinar on Third-Party Funding in Arbitration in July.
The webinar will examine the growing role of third-party funding in international arbitration, including funding structures, strategic considerations, disclosure obligations, conflicts of interest, security for costs and adverse costs exposure.
Steven Perian KC will join an international panel comprising Lee Irene, General Counsel (APAC) at Deminor Litigation Funding, Nick Longley, Partner at HFW, and Cathryn Neo FCIArb FSIArb, Head of Contingent & Litigation Risks at Howden. The discussion will be moderated by Paul Santamaria KC of the Victorian Bar.
The webinar will take place online via Zoom from 9.30 am to 11.30 am BST / 4.30 pm to 6.30 pm SGT.
