Steven Perian KC appointed to the Advisory Committee of the Asian Law Students Association United Kingdom (ALSA UK)
Effective from 1st September 2024, Steven Perian KC has received an honorary appointment to the Advisory Committee of the Asian Law Students Association United Kingdom (ALSA UK) in recognition of his expertise in law and distinguished contributions to the legal profession.
His primary responsibilities will include:
• Offering strategic advice on key initiatives and programmes undertaken by ALSA UK.
• Assisting in the establishment and strengthening of relationships with legal institutions, judiciary, law firms, and academic bodies.
• Providing guidance on the development of policies and initiatives that enhance the experience and opportunities for Asian law
students in the UK.
• Contributing to the promotion of diversity, inclusion, and cross-border legal education within the framework of ALSA UK.
• Advising on the development of initiatives to foster UK-Asian legal partnerships and mentoring UK-based Asian law students.
