Michael Williams successfully defends Santander Banker at the Old Bailey
The jury at the Central Criminal Court today returned unanimous not guilty verdicts on the three charges faced by a Santander employee.
He had stood trial alongside four other defendants all said to be insiders at the bank assisting a criminal network in defrauding hundreds of thousands of pounds from customers’ accounts. Mr. Williams’ client was acquitted on all counts by the jury.
