Matthew Farmer secures good results at the Old Bailey and Manchester
Matthew Farmer has just successfully prosecuted 3 men charged at the Old Bailey with attempted murder in an attempted gangland execution on the streets of Southall in west London.
Operating in tandem in two cars, the men shot at their victim’s head, narrowly missing. Having surrounded him on the pavement the semi-automatic pistol they were using jammed, and they struck him repeatedly with hammers to the head. Miraculously the victim survived. The Defendants were all convicted after a two week trial and received a total of 65 years imprisonment.
This success for Matthew follows on from his having successfully secured the acquittal of a man at Manchester Crown Court, at the end of September, on charges of conspiracy to import into the UK over £50 million worth of cannabis and ketamine. Matthew was instructed by Kaim Todner solicitors.
