Leading criminal KC joins 2KBW
2KBW is delighted to welcome an exceptional and highly sought after criminal law barrister Tim Clark KC as a practising door tenant.
A tenant at 23ES, Tim was called to the Bar in 1993. Prior to taking silk in 2017, Tim was instructed in many murder trials as leading junior, junior or junior alone as well as in cases involving serious fraud and sexual offences.
As King’s Counsel, Tim secured acquittals of murder in six consecutive murder trials in 2018-2019.
As a KC, Tim is regularly instructed in multi-handed murder and serious fraud matters and is regularly in demand for cases of complexity and weight, including MTIC and corporate fraud. He is frequently instructed in cases involving professionals charged with criminal offences, including solicitors and accountants. Tim is ranked in Chambers and Partners.
