Josh Happé’s client acquitted of cannabis supply and criminal property allegation.
Josh appeared on behalf of the first defendant in a 9-day trial at Croydon Crown Court. A search warrant was executed at an address linked to the defendant wherein a large amount of cannabis and £30,000 in cash were found. The defendant admitted possession of both, but denied being concerned in the supply of cannabis and that the money was the profits of drug dealing.
Josh’s client was unanimously acquitted by the jury.
