Historic sexual assaults in Swindon sentenced for 22 years – Jacinta Stringer prosecuted for the Crown
Jacinta Stringer prosecuted Timothy Darch, who was sentenced to 22 years after being found guilty of four counts of raping a boy under the age of 16 and four counts of indecent assault on an underage boy.
He was sentenced after trial at Swindon Crown Court for the offences which took place in 1996 and 1997.
