Harrow Road Boys gang members jailed for a combined total of 116 years – Phil Allman led by Ian Mcloughlin KC for the Crown
Philip Allman, led by Ian Mcloughlin KC, prosecuted a gang who, in the summer of 2022, engaged in tit-for-tat killings and shootings against rival gangs in London. In particular, there was an effort to track a rival gang member from CGM, Rhys Herbert aka Digga D after he was seen to enter Tape Studio, London. The gang members were jailed on Wednesday 6th August 2025 for a combined total of 116 years for conspiring to possess firearms with intent to endanger life.
The case led to a number of firearm seizures which were linked to the Harrow Road Boy members during the course of a 6-month period in the latter part of 2022.
The head of the gang, Marvin Bailey, and Mohammed Tawfik remain at large.
