“Forced Marriage” acquittal – Fern Russell defends
Fern Russell defended an individual indicted for human trafficking and forced marriage offences.
Following a 4 week trial at Bournemouth Crown Court the Prosecution withdrew 3 of the 4 counts against her client and decided that there was no public interest in pursuing the remaining one.
