Elisabeth Bussey-Jones and Barry McElduff present half-day seminar to RASSO Wessex and Hampshire Constabulary
Two of Chambers’ Grade 4 RASSO approved barristers, Elisabeth Bussey-Jones and Barry McElduff, presented a 3 hour seminar to RASSO lawyers, the Major Crime Investigation Team of Hampshire Constabulary, and Members of Chambers, on Thursday 16th March 2017.
The well-attended seminar covered Disclosure, Joint Enterprise, Indictment Drafting and s41 Applications.
Ms Bussey-Jones and Mr McElduff, along with Michael Selfe, were responsible for launching 2KBW’s seminar programme back in 2005.
