Overview
Edward Warren is a criminal practitioner who prosecutes and defends in all matters before the Crown Court.
He is a Grade 3 prosecutor, and is regularly instructed in multi-handed prosecutions. He has experience of being led in serious, complex cases that have required a detailed knowledge of disclosure. He is also a member of the CPS RASSO panel at Grade 3.
Common instructions include matters of serious violence, sexual offending, drug supply, and dishonesty. He is known for putting his clients at ease, and for giving pragmatic advice in a way that clients find easy to understand.
Edward is also regularly instructed to represent clients with serious and complex mental health needs, and has developed experience in assisting clients through the criminal justice process calmly and effectively.
