Alexia Nicol secures acquittal following 8 week trial
Alexia Nicol, instructed by Claire McGrath of Hodge, Jones and Allen represented one of six defendants in relation to a series of offences where masked males entered phone shops and stole large quantities of mobile phones. He was acquitted of both Conspiracy to Rob and Conspiracy to Steal, in a trial lasting 8 weeks at Woolwich Crown Court
