Chambers is pleased to announce that Steven Perian KC will be moderating a Special Session on Malaysian Constitutional Law, titled:
“Conflict Management within Federalism and Inter-State Relations,” on 30 October 2025.
This session will feature a distinguished panel comprising a leading jurist and constitutional scholar, a retired Federal Court Judge, and the Sabah State Attorney General. Together, they will examine the complexities of Malaysia’s federal framework, the evolving balance between federal and state powers, and contemporary approaches to resolving inter-governmental disputes.
