William Mousley QC secures conviction in Southampton murder
The defendant, Stephen Nicholson, was convicted of the rape and murder of a 13 year old who lived in the house in which he was a lodger.
The jury convicted the defendant following a 5 week trial at Winchester Crown Court before Mrs Justice May; counsel was instructed by the Crown Prosecution Service, Wessex.
