Sally M Howes QC to speak at Metropolitan Police Seminar

November 20, 2015

Sally M Howes QC will address the Seminar in London on 24th November 2015 on “Assembling and Presenting Prosecution Evidence in Baby/Infant Homicide Cases”.

Sally will be speaking specifically about “The complexities involved in cases of this nature have lead to the Courts stating that they should be tried only by experienced Judges and conducted only by experienced counsel. These cases are not the same as adult murders. The medicine and pathology is quite different. Physiologically infants are not the same as adults; neonates are not the same as babies who are more than four weeks of age”.

The audience will include members of the Metropolitan Police, City of London Police and Partner Agencies.
