Robin Sellers appeared at the Court of Appeal on behalf of the Special Crime and Counter Terrorism Division.
Mohammed Ammer Ali made a renewed application for leave to appeal his conviction and sentence, of 8 years imprisonment, in one of the first cases to be televised at the Court of Appeal. Leave to appeal was refused.
