Midland Circuit Race Equality Week 5-11 February 2024
Matilda Robinson-Murphy participated in the Midland Circuit 5-day challenge for Race Equality Week.
The week involved taking part in different challenges and questionnaires.
The tasks focussed on acknowledging the prevalence of ‘microagressions’ in the work place, understanding cultural differences, the importance of public praise and building a culture of inclusion.
