Mark Stevens secures acquittal at Wolverhampton Crown Court
Mark Stevens appeared on behalf of the defence in a trial involving multiple counts of rape against a 14 year old girl over a period of 4 years.
Due to the age of the girl there was previously a ground rules hearing along with a significant amount of third party material.
Mark was able to secure acquittals on all counts.
