Kaj Scarsbrook secures acquittal in historic rape case
Following a trial at Gloucester Crown Court, Kaj’s client was acquitted of two historic sex offences said to have occurred in the late 2000’s.
Kaj’s client was accused of entering one complainant’s bedroom when she was 15 or 16 and raping her. When spoken to as a witness, a second complainant made a further allegation that he had taken her to his flat when she was 13 or 14 and had sex with her there.
