Joshua Scouller obtains acquittal in threats to kill case at the Old Bailey
Josh represented a client who was charged with having threatened to kill his father’s carer whilst holding an axe to his throat. No axe was found at the client’s home and police failed to follow PACE Codes of Practice when arresting him. The jury acquitted the defendant after a four day trial.
