Josh Scouller secures acquittal in false imprisonment and assault case
Josh Scouller secured the acquittal of his client accused of falsely imprisoning and violently assaulting his ex-partner.
The Crown alleged the incident had lasted for six hours with the complainant being repeatedly subjected to punches, kicks and attacks with pliers all whilst being prevented to leave.
The Jury returned unanimous acquittals after a 4 day trial at Inner London Crown Court. Josh was instructed by Paul Macauley of Macauley Smith Ltd.
