Former Labour Councillor convicted of sexual assault- Claire Langevad prosecutes for the Crown

Claire Langevad, instructed by CPS South successfully prosecutes case of sexual assault.  The trial, heard at Inner London Crown Court in September 2025, involved the defendant approaching the victim at a council party and carrying out a series of unwelcome and persistent sexual approaches culminating in him groping her bottom on numerous occasions.

The Defendant will be sentenced in October.
