Circuit Judge Appointment: Mousley QC
The Queen has appointed William Howard Mousley QC to be a Circuit Judge on the advice of the Lord Chancellor, the Right Honourable Robert Buckland QC MP and the Lord Chief Justice of England and Wales, the Right Honourable Lord Burnett of Maldon.
The Lord Chief Justice has deployed him to the Western Circuit , based at Plymouth Combined Court with effect from 05 May 2020.

William Howard Mousley QC, aged 57, will be known as His Honour Judge William Mousley QC. He was called to the Bar (M) in 1986 and took silk in 2011. He was appointed as a Recorder in 2009.
