Overview
Samantha Davies is dual-qualified as both a solicitor and barrister but practices as a barrister. Samantha is an experienced lawyer, who practices Family and general Property, Wills, Probate and Trusts.
In Family law, Samantha undertakes both private and public Family law matters, including Child Contact and Financial Relief financial remedy proceedings. Samantha can also advise on Property, Wills and Probate and draft Wills. She is qualified and practices as a Notary Public and is licensed to undertake the notarisations of documents and non-contentious work, such as Probate. Samantha fully applies herself to all instructions received and likes to work closely with clients in order to achieve a successful outcome.
Samantha is accredited under the Direct Access Scheme for direct instructions.
