Roberta Brandter – Pupil

Overview

Roberta read Modern and Medieval Languages at the University of Oxford, graduating in 2019 as a Reuben Scholar. She went on to complete a law conversion at BPP University and the Bar Course at the Inns of Court College of Advocacy, supported by a Major Award (Lord Astbury Scholarship) from Middle Temple.

Before commencing pupillage, Roberta worked in education as a Teaching Assistant and Child Mentor, and as a Private Funds Paralegal at Macfarlanes LLP, where she was seconded to Hayfin Capital Management LLP, one of Europe’s leading alternative asset management firms. She has also volunteered at a child contact centre.

Roberta began her pupillage in October 2025 under the supervision of Natalie Wood and will be accepting instructions from April 2026.
