Alex Kettle-Williams secures acquittal in historic ‘rape’ case
Alex Kettle-Williams successfully defended in a case involving multiple allegations of indecent assault, matters which would now be indicted as ‘oral rape’.
The events were said to have occurred some 17 years ago and involved a complainant who was a child at the time. The case was heard before HHJ Warnock at the Liverpool Crown Court. Alex was instructed by Lynn Warren of Lawtons Solicitors.
