Rape Case Acquittal for Alex Kettle-Williams

Alex Kettle -Williams has secured an unanimous acquittal in a 2-handed rape trial. The case was heard at the Snaresbrook Crown Court over the course of 11 days. The allegations included the suggestion that the defendant and one other had drugged the alleged victim before both raping her at the same time. Alex was instructed by Daniel Salter of Edwards Duthie Shamash Solicitors.

Murder conviction in trial prosecuted by Steven Perian QC and Grace Ong

The case involved the death of a 6 week old baby at the hands of the father of the child. After a 4 week trial the jury convicted the accused of murder before the trial Judge,  Mr Justice Nicklin.

Counsel were instructed by the Crown Prosecution Service, Brighton.
