Joshua Scouller in success at Court of Appeal
Josh Scouller successfully appealed against a sentence at the Court of Appeal.
The client had been sentenced for two robberies and received a custodial sentence of 6 years on each count concurrent with one another at Woolwich Crown Court in November 2016.
Josh argued that the sentence was manifestly excessive and should be reduced.
The Court agreed that the overall sentence was too high and reduced it by a year.
