Rona is a senior family specialist with over 30 years of experience of practice in this area of the law. Her main specialism is in Care proceedings, where she is regularly instructed to represent the parents, grandparents, children and other relatives at all court levels. Additionally, she has considerable experience of dealing with all manner of work in the High Court including applications in respect of children, in cases such as wardship and abduction, and other public law matters involving a foreign element. Rona is also regularly instructed in adoption proceedings.
Rona is instructed in various other areas of family law including financial proceedings, special guardianship applications and all types of private law children matters, including declarations of paternity and Parental Responsibility issues, and Schedule 1 applications.
Rona is able to accept instructions under the Direct Access scheme and she has received many plaudits from her clients, praising her for her clear and direct advice and ability to grasp issues quickly.
