The jury has been sworn in the trial concerning multiple allegations of rape and sexual assault. The Defendant is said to have attended the Complainant’s home and repeatedly assaulted her in a persistent, violent and sexual attack. The trial continues at the Snaresbrook Crown Court and Alex is instructed by Nicola Grindey of Edwards Duthie Shamash Solicitors.
The defendant was charged with section 18 causing GBH with intent and was convicted on 7th October after a trial at Oxford Crown Court.
