Joshua Scouller obtained an acquittal for his client who had been charged with an offence of wounding following a four day trial at Wood Green Crown Court.
The defendant was accused of biting the top of the complainant’s finger off. The defence accepted that the finger had been bitten off but said the defendant had acted in self-defence having been pushed and hit by the complainant and her sister.
The Jury returned a unanimous not guilty verdict.
Josh was instructed by Chandra Solanki of EBR Attridge.
